NO! OVER THERE is a room-planning tool. This page says plainly what it stores, why, and what it will never do with it.

Using it without an account

You can use the whole tool signed out. Your layouts are saved in your own browser's storage and never leave your device. We don't use analytics trackers, advertising pixels, or fingerprinting.

If you create an account

An account exists so your work can follow you between devices. We store:

Your email address and display name — to identify your account and to send account email (verification, password resets). Nothing promotional.
A password hash, if you set a password. We never store the password itself.
Your basic Google profile (name, email, avatar), if you sign in with Google — used only to sign you in and show who's signed in. We never see your Google password, and we request no access to your Gmail, Drive, contacts or anything else.
Your saved layouts and any floorplan images you upload — that is the product. They are private to your account and are never shown to anyone else.
A theme preference, because it should follow you too.

Where it lives

Data is stored on our server, with images and nightly encrypted-in-transit backups kept in a private Backblaze B2 bucket. Nothing we store is publicly reachable; images are served only to the signed-in account that owns them.

Cookies

Three, all first-party and none used for tracking: a session cookie (who is signed in), a CSRF token (protects your account from forged requests), and your theme choice.

What we will never do

Sell, rent, or share your data with anyone.
Use your layouts or images for anything besides showing them to you.
Email you anything except what the account itself requires.

Deleting your data

Deleting a layout or an image removes it from the server and from backup rotation within 30 days. To delete your whole account, email us and it will be removed in full, images and backups included.
