NO! OVER THERE lets you draw rooms and arrange furniture to real-world scale, in your browser, free of charge. It works with or without an account; an account adds saving to the server and image uploads.
Layouts you draw and images you upload are yours. You give us only the permission needed to store them and show them back to you. We claim no other rights over them. Upload only images you have the right to use.
Accounts that abuse the service can be suspended or removed.
The tool draws exactly what you tell it, but tape measures, walls and furniture are real and this is a planning aid. Confirm critical measurements in the room before buying, building, or cutting anything.
The service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind. We aim for it to be reliable and to keep backups, but to the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for lost data, lost time, or a sofa that does not, in fact, fit.
If these terms change materially, the date above changes and signed-in users will see a notice. Continuing to use the service means accepting the current terms.
